One-Pot Shrimp Raffaello Recipe

In this beautiful dish, shrimp and fresh snap peas are served with garlic pasta and topped with crushed croutons. Our one-pot shrimp Raffaello recipe is simple to make, but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen.

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp turning once until pink, about 2 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

    Prepare Raffaello pasta in same skillet following package directions, keeping skillet partially covered and stirring in snap peas during last 4 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Stir in shrimp and let stand covered for 3 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with croutons.
