Skillet Beef Stroganoff Recipe

    Sprinkle steak with 1/8 tsp salt and black pepper. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add 1 tbsp oil, then half of steak. Cook, stirring often, until no longer pink, about 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer steak to a plate. Repeat with remaining steak and transfer to same plate.

    Add remaining 1 tbsp oil, mushrooms and onion to same pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden, about 8 minutes. Stir in garlic and remaining 1/8 tsp salt. Return beef and juices to pan.

    Prepare Knorr Sidekicks in a medium saucepan following package directions. Stir sour cream into hot pasta to combine. Stir pasta into beef mixture. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
