Want chili in less than an hour? This delicious alternative to traditional beef chili is a one-pot wonder that comes together in a snap. Our skillet turkey chili recipe is also an excellent source of protein for anyone trying to eat less red meat.

    Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then onion. Cook, stirring often, until onion starts to brown, about 6 to 8 minutes. Push onion over to one side of pan.

    Add turkey to other side of pan. Cook, breaking up turkey with a wooden spoon, until no pink remains, about 8 to 10 minutes. (The pan will dry out and meat will just start to brown.) Stir turkey and onion together until combined. Sprinkle over chili seasoning mix. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.

    Stir in beans, both cans of tomatoes and corn. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring often, until chili is slightly thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with cilantro before serving, if desired.
