Mini Beef Sliders Au Jus
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Combine ground beef, half of onion and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Divide into 8 portions. Shape each into a patty.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add oil, then remaining onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and golden, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and rosemary. Cook 2 minutes. Whisk in gravy mix and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer 1 minute.
Oil grill. Barbecue burgers, with lid closed, until cooked through and an instant-read thermometer inserted into burger reads 160°F, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Layer lettuce, tomato and burgers over bottom buns. Spoon half of gravy over burgers. Sandwich with top bun. Serve burgers with remaining gravy.
