Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork Recipe
Whisk together ketchup, sugar, vinegar, chicken stock, Dijon and Worcestershire in a slow cooker. Place pork in slow cooker and turn to coat.
Cover and cook until pork is tender, on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove pork to a cutting board and shred with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker and stir into cooking liquid.
Serve pulled pork on kaiser buns.
