
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Easy and delicious slow cooker pulled pork sandwiches, topped with crunchy fresh coleslaw. Bonus: This classic family favourite can be made in as little as three hours! (We love an all-day slow cooker recipe we can walk away from, but when inspiration strikes a few hours before dinner, quick-cooking recipes like this one are heroes.)

Combine chili powder, paprika, mustard powder, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.

Rub pork tenderloin with dry seasoning. Place in a slow cooker and add apple juice.

Cook until pork is tender and falling apart, 6 hours on low, or 3 hours on high.

Transfer pork to a cutting board. Shred pork, using two forks, and return to the juices in the slow cooker. Stir in barbecue sauce.

Stir coleslaw and coleslaw dressing in a medium bowl.

Layer buns with pulled pork and coleslaw.
