Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Combine all of the spices in a small bowl. Rub the pork tenderloin with the dry seasoning. Place in a slow cooker and add apple juice. Cook, covered, on high heat for 3 hours or on low heat for 6 hours. The pork should be tender and falling apart.
Shred the pork, using two forks and return to the juices in the slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce and stir to combine.
Toast the buns and top with pulled pork and ¼ cup (60 mL) of coleslaw.
