Salmon & Cucumber Pinwheels Recipe
Cut salmon into twenty 3x1-in slices.
Stir ginger, margarine, lime zest and wasabi in a small bowl until combined.
Lay smoked salmon slices on a flat surface. Arrange a cucumber quarter and dill sprig at one end of each salmon. Dollop a little ginger mixture on other end. Roll salmon tightly around cucumber and dill, using ginger mixture to seal it. Arrange seam-side-down on a serving platter. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
