Chocolate-Vanilla Snowball Sundaes

Who says you can only make snowballs in the winter? Ice cream, wrapped in fluffy angel food cake, covered in dark chocolate fudge and sweet marshmallow creme, makes this decadent dessert a fun treat you can enjoy all year 'round! Tip: These snowball sundaes can be made with whatever flavour of ice cream you prefer, but a rich vanilla will give you the snow-like presentation.

    Freeze a plate for 30 minutes. Scoop ice cream onto chilled plate. Return to freezer.

    Working with one ice cream scoop at a time, place ice cream on a cake slice. Top with another cake slice. Use your hands to shape cake around ice cream to encase and completely cover.

    Return to freezer until ready to serve. Repeat with remaining ice cream and cake slices.

    To serve, arrange snow balls on four dessert dishes. Top with hot fudge topping, then marshmallow creme and sprinkles. Serve immediately.
