Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes
Tip: Sour cream straight from the fridge can change the texture of your potatoes (making them gluey). Warm it slightly before adding to the potatoes for best results.
Cover potatoes with water in a large saucepan and set over high. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook until potatoes are fork-tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and return to saucepan.
Add margarine. Mash until fluffy. Stir in sour cream, salt and black pepper.
