Southwest Chicken Pasta Recipe

    Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then chicken and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

    Add soup, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook until thickened slightly, about 4 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook penne in a large pot following package directions, adding green beans and corn to pot in last minute of cooking. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the pasta water.

    Return pasta mixture to pot. Add soup mixture and stir to combine. Stir in enough of the pasta water for sauce to evenly coat pasta. Stir in lime juice and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
