Soy-Glazed Red Snapper

A blend of sweet honey, tangy balsamic vinegar, and salty soy sauce work together to give this glazed red snapper amazing flavour. Need extra side dish inspiration? Try serving with lemon-pepper cauliflower rice.

    Heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, garlic and ginger. Cook, stirring, 30 seconds.

    Add soy sauce, vinegar and honey. Gently boil until reduced to a glaze-like consistency, about 4 minutes. Scrape into a bowl.

    Add bok choy and water to pan. Cook, stirring often, 2 minutes. Arrange red snapper over bok choy in a single layer. Brush glaze evenly over fish.

    Reduce heat to low. Cook, covered, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of fish reads 158°F, about 6 to 9 minutes.
