Spicy Asian Beef Soup Recipe
Cook rice following package directions.
Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Spray with non-stick cooking spray, then add steak. Cook until browned, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Remove beef from pan with a slotted spoon.
Add onion, carrots, peas, garlic and ginger to the pan. Cook, stirring often, until tender-crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in broth, soy sauce, red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil. Return beef to pan, reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve beef mixture over rice.
