Spicy Chicken & Vegetables Stir Fry

Tonight, dinner is on the table in just 25 minutes. This chicken & vegetable stir-fry uses a spicy blend of soy sauce, ginger and red pepper flakes, for the chicken. It's served with sweet chili noodles, snow peas and water chestnuts. Tip: Save some snow peas and slice thinly as a bright and crunchy garnish.

    Prepare Thai Sweet Chili Noodles following package directions, stirring in snow peas and water chestnuts during the last 3 minutes of cook time.

    Meanwhile, combine chicken, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl.

    Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then chicken mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through, about 4 minutes. Add chicken to prepared noodles and toss to combine.
