Spicy Chipotle Chicken Brown Rice & Quinoa
Heat a very large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add 1 tbsp oil, then bell peppers and corn. Cook, stirring occasionally, until bell peppers are tender, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Toss chicken with flour in a medium bowl. Add remaining 2 tbsp oil to same pan, then chicken. Cook until just golden, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Add Knorr One Skillet Meals and water to pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, covered, until rice is tender, about 22 minutes.
Stir in bell peppers and corn. Remove from heat and let stand covered 2 minutes before serving.
