BBQ Chicken Skewers
Toss chicken with BBQ Rub in a large bowl. Cover with plastic and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Meanwhile, soak skewers in a dish filled with hot water.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Alternately thread chicken and bell peppers on skewers.
Grill skewers, turning them every 2 minutes and basting often with barbecue sauce, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into chicken reads 165°F, about 7 to 8 minutes.
