One-Pan Chicken With Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Place bacon in a large frying pan. Place over medium and cook until crisp, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to pan. Cook on medium-high until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Pour dressing over chicken and sprinkle with basil. Reduce heat to low and cook, turning halfway, until an instant-read thermometer inserted in centre reads 165°F, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Transfer chicken to serving platter, reserving dressing mixture in pan. Cover chicken with foil to keep warm.
Add tomatoes to pan and return to medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 4 minutes. Stir in bacon. Spoon over chicken and top with cheese before serving.
