    Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 425°F.

    Combine dressing, soy sauce, ginger and green onion in a medium bowl.

    Arrange chicken on a baking sheet. Evenly top with dressing mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

    Bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast reads 165°F, about 20 minutes. Serve with roasted vegetables on the side, if desired.
