
Swedish Meatballs with Pasta

Combine beef, gravy mix and 1 pinch allspice in a large bowl. Shape into 24 meatballs.

Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then meatballs. Brown meatballs on all sides, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove meatballs to a medium bowl and set aside.

In same pan, prepare Sour Cream and Chives Pasta following package directions, and adding carrots.

Stir in remaining pinch allspice, meatballs and any juices. Heat through, about 1 min. Garnish with dill before serving.
