Sweet Spiced Chicken Thighs
Combine brown sugar, salt and dried spices in a shallow dish. Cut butter into pieces and place in a disposable foil roasting pan. Dip chicken into spice mixture, coating on all sides, then place skin side down in foil pan. Sprinkle any remaining spice mixture on top.
Preheat grill to medium. Place foil pan on grill and cook, lid closed, about 25 minutes, flipping chicken after 15 minutes. Transfer chicken to grill, skin side down, and cook another 2 to 4 minutes. Serve with rice and beans.
