Spiced Roasted Squash Recipe
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 425°F.
Stir margarine, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl until combined. Rub margarine mixture over cut sides of squash. Arrange squash, cut-side-up, in an 8x8-in baking dish.
Bake until squash is fork tender, about 30 to 35 minutes.
