Sweet & Spicy Turkey Burgers Recipe
Combine ground turkey, soup mix and jalapeño peppers in a medium bowl. Divide into 6 portions. Shape each into a patty. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
Oil grill. Barbecue burgers until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of burgers reads 165°F, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Stir mayonnaise and jam in a small bowl. Layer bottom buns with lettuce, burgers and mayonnaise mixture. Sandwich with top buns.
