Swiss Mushroom Burger Recipe
Barbecue Tip: Cooking sliced mushrooms in foil packets makes for quick and easy grilling.
Preheat barbecue to high.
Toss mushrooms, butter, garlic, salt and black pepper on a large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Wrap foil into packet. Grill mushrooms on one side of grill until tender, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, oil other side of grill. Barbecue burgers following package directions. Place cheese over each burger and grill until cheese is melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Assemble burgers in buns with lettuce, tomatoes and mushrooms.
