
Teriyaki Pork Fried Rice Recipe

Combine soy sauce and ginger in a large bowl. Add pork. Toss to coat. Set aside to marinate 15 minutes.

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil. Transfer pork from marinade to pan, discarding marinade. Cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink, about 3 minutes. Transfer pork to a plate.

Add onion to same pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in Knorr Sidekicks and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook, covered, until rice is tender, about 7 minutes. Stir in bell pepper.

Beat eggs and green onions in a small bowl. Pour egg mixture evenly over rice. Cook, covered, until eggs are almost set, about 2 minutes. Stir in pork until heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
