Tex Mex Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Spread butter over both sides of bread. Evenly layer the slices of avocado on one slice of bread. Sprinkle with cheese, then cayenne and cilantro. Sandwich with remaining sourdough slice.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Add sandwich. Cook until bottom is golden and crisp, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip, then cook until bottom is golden and crisp, about 1 to 2 more minutes. Let sandwich stand 1 minute before cutting in half. Serve with salsa on the side for dipping.
