Thai Basil Chicken With Tomatoes

Thai Basil Chicken With Tomatoes

20-minute recipe Serves 4
Cooking quickly over hot heat is the hallmark of the stir fry. This Thai basil chicken gets a kick of heat from red chili, and a burst of freshness from a bunch of savoury basil. Best served with a side of fluffy white rice.

Tip: Adding basil at the very end preserves the flavour in the Thai chicken stir fry—too much heat will break down the oils (all the flavour) in the leaves.
