Ingredients

Beef
1 cup
Great Value Original Barbeque Sauce
4 slices
Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack Natural Cheese Slices
4  
Multigrain buns
4 tsp
Mayonnaise
1  
Mango
1/2 tsp
Salt
1 tbsp
Jalapeno Pepper
1/2 cup
Cucumber
1/4 cup
Red Onion
2 tbsp
Lime Juice
1/4 cup
Cilantro

Directions

    To make salsa, mix together mango, salt, jalapeno, cucumber, red onion, lime juice and cilantro in a large bowl. Set aside.

    Set oven to broil. In a medium skillet, add beef and barbecue sauce and heat until warmed through, about 10 minutes.

    Slice buns and scoop out bread from the inside of the top portion. Place both halves, open side up, on a baking sheet. Add ¾ cup of beef mixture to top bun. Top with cheese slice. Place under broiler for two minutes or until cheese is melted and buns begin to brown.

    Remove from oven. Top each bun with a generous scoop of mango salsa. Serve with potato chips.
