Dempster's® Whole Grains 12 Grain bread
4 tbsp
Light cream cheese
2 tbsp
chopped fresh herbs
6 slices
fresh avocado
4 tbsp
assorted sprouts
Cracked Black Pepper

    1. Chop fresh herbs finely and combine with light cream cheese. 2. Place two slices of Dempster’s® Whole Grains 12 Grain bread on a cutting board, spreading each slice evenly with the cream cheese mixture. 3. Peel and slice avocado and place three slices on each sandwich; then top with fresh sprouts and cracked black pepper.
