Salmon Burger Recipe
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Combine salmon, smoked salmon, eggs and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Stir until evenly combined.
Divide into 6 balls, then shape into 1-inch patties.
Oil grill. Barbecue patties until grill-marked and heated through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Meanwhile, grill buns for 1 minute or until toasted.
Assemble burgers in toasted buns with cream cheese, tomato and onion slices.
