This simple yet tasty three-ingredient cherry jam recipe uses frozen fruit, chia seeds and maple syrup to create a tart spreadable in just ten short minutes. Serve on toast, crackers, or use it to top ice cream or yogurt.

    Place cherries in a food processor. Pulse a few times until they are broken up but not puréed.

    Transfer cherries to a small saucepan set over medium. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

    Stir in chia seeds and maple syrup. Scrape into a jar. (Jam will set as it cools to room temperature.) Cover and refrigerate up to 10 days.
