Rice with Peas & Pine Nuts Recipe
Heat a large pot over medium. Add margarine, then onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 3 minutes.
Stir in rice, bouillon cube and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in peas. Continue cooking until rice is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in pine nuts and season with black pepper.
