Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then onion and green pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes, beans, corn, jalapeno, chili powder and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and flavours have melded, about 30 minutes.

Top with cheese and sour cream. Serve with dinner rolls.
