Tuscan Steak Sandwich Recipe
Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Coat steaks with oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Oil grill. Barbecue steaks, with lid open, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of steak reads 145°F, for medium-rare, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, grill buns until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.
Thinly slice steaks across the grain. Divide arugula, tomatoes, slices of steak and blue cheese dressing among buns.
