Crispy Brussels Sprouts Au Gratin
Tip: A few minutes of cooking time makes all the difference with the tenderness of the sprouts, so you can make them exactly to your liking.
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 450°F.
Combine soup, milk, flour, lemon juice, thyme, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in a 2.35-L casserole dish until smooth. Add Brussels sprouts. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake until golden and sprouts are tender-crisp, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with chives. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
