
Burger with Cranberry Hummus Recipe

Preheat barbecue to medium-high.

Oil grill. Barbecue burgers following package directions.

Place dried cranberries in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand until softened, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard water. Chop cranberries then set aside.

Combine chickpeas, cranberry sauce, lemon juice, peanut butter, garlic, Dijon, salt and pepper in a food processor. Process until smooth.

Spread hummus on burger buns. Garnish burgers with chopped cranberries and leafy greens.
