
Cinnamon-Caramel Ice Cream Balls

Make your own ice cream balls with cereal, butter, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. Similar to fried ice cream (but with no actual frying) these ice cream balls get their crunchy covering from cinnamon-laced cereal. Drizzle with caramel syrup and serve with fresh fruit.

Line a baking sheet with parchment. Pour crushed cereal into a shallow bowl.

Working quickly, with 1 scoop at a time, roll ice cream ball in cereal to coat completely. Transfer to prepared sheet. Repeat with remaining ice cream and cereal. Freeze until firm, 1 hour.

To serve, arrange 'unfried' ice cream on serving plates. Drizzle with caramel syrup, and top with blueberries. Serve immediately.
