A classic yet simple dip made with chick peas, lemon juice, cumin and garlic, with vegetable soup mix for added texture and flavour.

Directions

    Process garlic until finely chopped in food processor. Add Knorr® Vegetable Dry Soup Mix and remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours. Stir hummus before serving. If desired, add 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 ml to 30 ml) additional olive oil. Serve with your favorite dippers.
