Broiled Peaches With Creamy Date Sauce

Broiled Peaches With Creamy Date Sauce

25-minute recipe Serves 6
Broiling peaches brings out their natural sugars. (And is a great way to use peaches that aren't sweet enough to be eaten in-hand.) Dates are super-sweet on their own, and add a delicious chew to the softened fruit. Tip: Serve broiled peaches and dates with chopped mint for a fresh, colourful finish.
