White Cheddar Steak And Vegetable Stir-Fry
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add 1 tbsp oil, then steak. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Add remaining 1 tbsp oil, bell peppers and onion to same pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes. Transfer to same plate as steak.
Pour water, milk and Knorr Selects into same pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook until rice is tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in steak, peppers and onions.
