
White Chocolate & Cranberry Fudge

Line an 8x8-in baking dish with overhanging parchment or waxed paper.

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a medium saucepan set over medium. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture starts to thicken, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in white chocolate, dried cranberries, marshmallows and French vanilla extract until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.

Scrape mixture into prepared dish. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours or overnight. Cut into 1-in squares. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
