Whole Wheat Yogurt Muffins Recipe
Position rack in centre of oven, then preheat to 375°F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
Whisk yogurt, brown sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Set aside.
Stir flours, baking powder and baking soda in a medium bowl. Add flour mixture to yogurt mixture. Stir until just combined. Divide batter between muffin cups.
Bake until lightly browned and a skewer inserted into centre of muffins comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes.
