Whole Wheat Yogurt Muffins
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with paper liners. In large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, brown sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla until blended. In another bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and stir just until evenly blended. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan, filling each cup nearly to the top. Place in oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned and a toothpick poked into the middle of a muffin comes out clean.
