
Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Heat a large frying pan over high. Add oil, then beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 minutes. Add onions and mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Transfer mixture into slow cooker insert.

Stir water with Club House Slow Cookers Beef Dip in a small bowl until dissolved. Pour into slow cooker.

Add potatoes, carrots, steak sauce, minced garlic and black pepper into slow cooker. Cook 8 hours on low, or 4 hours on high.

Add peas. Cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes. Serve in bread bowls, if desired.
